Chef Anthony Chiero began his culinary career at a Neapolitan bakery in his home town on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. As a teen, Chef Chiero was integrated into Neapolitan culinary culture learning old world style soups, sauces, pizzas, breads, and pastries. Motivated by his new found passion, Chef Chiero enrolled at Johnson and Wales University, where he graduated with high honors. Shortly after graduation, Chef Chiero came across Costantino’s Venda Ravioli, where he became sous chef to Chef Salvatore Cefaliello, also trained in the Neapolitan tradition. After seven years cooking with and learning from Chef Sal, Chef Chiero became the Executive Chef at Costantino’s Ristorante. With a focus on quality ingredients, seasonality and tradition, Chef Chiero continues to share what he has learned with our many guests.
